The standard lead time for a batch of 10 to 30 units is 45 to 60 business days, counted from the approval of the upholstery sample. This time includes the assembly of the solid wood frame, the hand-tufting, and the leather curing. For orders exceeding 50 pieces, we coordinate a staggered delivery that allows you to occupy the space without interrupting hotel or office operations.
Yes, we send a sample kit with up to six upholstery options: aged leathers in brown, emerald green, and black, plus three premium textiles from the corporate line. The samples measure 15 × 15 cm and come with a guide on wear resistance and cleaning. The shipping cost is deducted from the first order exceeding 12 units.
We accept modifications of up to 15% in the width and depth of Chesterfield sofas from the corporate line, as long as they do not alter the proportion of the tufting. Changes are quoted separately and include an adjustment to the frame and a rework of the upholstery pattern. The additional lead time is 10 to 15 business days.
Aged leather requires minimal care: cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and applying a nourishing wax every six months. Yes, we dispatch to any Argentine province using specialized furniture transport. The packaging includes corner protection, stretch film, and thermal blankets to prevent moisture damage. For orders exceeding 20 units, freight is on us within a 300 km radius from our workshop in Greater Buenos Aires. Outside that area, we quote transportation without additional markup.
